I for one would be concerned about not knocking on some ones door at the time of his third or forth infraction with evidence in hand. Now at the time of the infraction would through reasonable doubt out the window.
In the early 70's FCC caught A person having A fight with another operator in Cal. at the time of the infraction. No question about who is quilty.
Come on FCC lets hire amature radio people to do this job. Reasonable doubt?

Maybe his brother in law snuck into his house, always wanted to be a MTV veejay and started playing stuff on the radio. Maybe it was some homeless person. The ALJ's don't get much entertainment. Maybe it was the Interplanetary Space Patrol station beaming in from Delta Quadrant. Maybe the FCC people were incompetent boobs and the recordings on CD will be erased because they were trying to set him up, not knowing he was really an important political operator with friends in high places and cannot be disturbed.

Don't get yourself involved with, or talk to anyone on .313, or frequent other "bad neighborhoods" on the amateur radio bands.

 

I don't think the one in Allegan exists any longer. I used to visit it and around 1996 it was eliminated. Bing maps shows an open field where the center used to be.
