trouble changing grid square

After I moved, noticed my grid square stayed the same. My new address from FCC transferred to QRZ but not Grid Square. I go to edit Grid and only get white screen with red pin pointer and no map is shown. Satellite link does nothing. Try to input new grid square NM40, but hitting save doesn't work.

NM40 is not

NM40 is not a valid grid square in the US.
