    Is there a way to find out if I have been locked out of a thread, and if so, the reason?

    In a thread I see "(Replies are disabled here. See Forum Rules.)", but I see others posting. I haven't seen a message to me about being banned.

    I don't want to argue about anything, I'd just like to know if I have been locked out from the thread and the reason.

    Sure. First, do what the message says, "(Replies are disabled here. See Forum Rules.)". If Reading the Forum Rules doesn't resolve the issue, then please provide a link or reference to the forum and/or specific thread in a follow up post here.

    Or possibly due to too many "reports" for comments requiring deletion by a moderator. It's called a "thread ban" for those who have a hard time sticking to the rules.
