   GM5ALX Ham Member QRZ Page

   I've just setup a profile page for GM0ESS - which is a club call - and it shows awards from my personal callsigns. How do I remove them from this new call?
   
   I made a GM0ESS logbook and selected it to opt out of awards but that didn't change anything.

   This behavior is the default for QRZ because for most users a callsign change or a managed callsign is just another of their callsigns and they want their awards to show. Please open a support ticket for this and we'll be happy to change the configuration for you: https://ssl.qrz.com/support
