In November of 2019, QRZ introduced a category of awards known as Master of Radio Communications. These awards are granted upon the successful confirmation of contact with specified regional areas. Our first award in this series was the Master of Radio Communications for the European Region or MRC-Europe for short. Over the past two years we've also introduced the Master of Asia, Master of South America, Master of North America. These certificates recognize a mastery of a given regional area, which in this case consists of confirmed contact with 60 unique Oceania DXCC band-entities. Presently, over 5,000 QRZ members have qualified for the award. Analyze your QRZ Logbook today to see if you are one of them! We also have a great looking new certificate to commemorate the achievement. These are available for immediate order from the QRZ Store. We also know there are quite a few of you who are very excited for the Master of Africa Award to be released. Rest assured that Master of Africa will be the first QRZ Operating Award released in early 2022.
Now we need to populate some places among the 60 required like Ducie Island, which have no population. Any ham ghosts there? ;-)
You see the glass as half empty. I see it as half full. We all have different ways of looking at the world.
