5 years, 280 DXCC (260 CW), 90 Watts. If I can do it from the middle of the EU then anybody can. .....
Not necessary for the "other user" to be a QRZ log user. As long as they upload to LOTW then just sync your QRZ log from time to time with LOTW and Bob's your Uncle. ....
I've managed to receive Mixed and CW so far using only simple wire antennas. If I can do it, most everyone can also. The difficult part is YOU have to wait and be ready for conditions to improve at your location. That may require altering your schedule. Think positive and never give up.
Don't forget you can link your LOTW account with QRZ to gain many confirmations. I've probably added 25-30% to QRZ using that method.
Hi how come we need to get all 60 of them when we did not have to get all of then for the north and South American amaster awards . Hope someone from qrz read this be good to what they say .thanks G1izq tom
Congratulations on achieving Mixed! With 186/60 you might also qualify for phone, digital or CW if you use them. Click the "TYPE" drop down in the upper right and check other modes.
Good suggestion, alas I need more on Digital..... 42 out of 60 entities Phone is good!!! 143 out of 60 entities My CW skills are sad..... 24 out of 60 entities ugh LOL. One at a time!! Thanks for the suggestion Tom!!
Excellent! Over the 10 years I've been a ham I've got all the awards (bar the U.S. Counties one ) and I've already got 7 confirmed contacts with Oceania so I'm well on course to get the award in 2063. Something to look forward to and bring me happiness when I'm 115 years old 73 y'all, Jeff
Peter, just as Thomas N8ZI said you may link your LoTW account to QRZ log so all your LoTW QSLs would be imported to QRZ.
1 Confirmed QSOs were not eligible for this award. QSO with WH6HI de SV1OCA. I and LoTW entered DXCC Entity Hawaii (110) but QRZ.com entered DXCC Entity USA (291)!!!
