    Hi,

    From 27.05.2024 - 02.06.2024, me and our group - Pulawska Grupa Krotkofalowcow will be organising a Diploma Event. The event has an official character, because the patrons are: Municipality of Wilkow and Polish Amateur Radio Union. During the Diploma Event we will use the special callsign "HF80TAN". The callsign "HF80TAN" will be officially granted by the Polish Amateur Radio Union - about 4 weeks before the event
    I would already like to create a profile on QRZ.com for the HF80TAN callsign in order to announce our Diploma Event, post the rules and the diploma template.

    What is the best way to do this? Create an independent profile? Or as one of the callsigns managed by me?

    It will be easiest for you to use a Managed Callsign and establish a Logbook for it from your SP8X Logbook drop down menu.

    To add to @K8VHL 's post, QRZ rules require club and special event calls to be managed by a user that is a licensed ham. They are not allowed have their own user ID.
