Hello. I just have a problem importing new adif file to new callsign Logbook. Out of 125 contacts in adif file, only 39 is imported. Book #: 424520 Ive tried recreating a logbook, but unfortunatelly it remains the same. Ive never had this issue in the past. Any suggestions? EDIT. it appears only digital mode QSOs are imported. Cez
Whenever you have issues with an import, always check your file import export history section on the settings page of your logbook. There is a report there for each import and export that will give you details on what happened during the process. I see that you have a successful import since you posted this, so I'm guessing you figured it out. If not, you are attempting to import QSOs for 2E0HUP into a logbook for G0CEZ.
Hello Steven. Yes you are absolutely right. It looks log4om had some old, inherited settings I did not change to new callsign and everything was exported with it into adif. Thank you for coming back to my post. Maybe it's worth deleting it as the issue is resolved and fault was clearly at my end. All the best.
Glad you were able to resolve it. We like to keep such posts because hopefully it will help someone else to find the solution if they take the time to search. 73, Steve KF8KI
Hello all, I am PC2T from the Netherlands. I have created a new logbook. Call sign: PI4N Book # 422972 I have a adif file from aclog. I have imported the file. It says that it is successfully uploaded but I see no qso's at all. What I'm doing wrong.. Can anyone help me please with this issue? 73 Nico PC2T
Hello, I am trying to upload an .adi file into my new vanity callsign (W1RDC) logbook activated 07/19/2025. Former callsign was KC1THE. I am uploading to the correct logbook as of 07/19/2025 but it won't accept any QSO's. Can you take a look and see if there is anything wrong? Thanks.
I don't have to look. From your screenshot. your log file is formatted wrong. It should be N7GIT de W1RDC if you're trying to put it in the W1RDC logbook. De is this is. The format is: other operator this is (de) W1RDC. 73, Steve KF8KI
Thanks Steve (@KF8KI). Not sure what I'm doing wrong or differently. I imported and logged hundreds of FT8/JS8 contacts the past few weeks under my old callsign using the same pskreporter logbook. I'll play with this some more and try and figure it out what I'm screwing up. Appreciate the help. 73, Ray W1RDC PS- I think I figured it out. K5OOM was added to my logbook.
Glad you figured it out. From looking at the two different PSK reporter screenshots, I'm guessing it has to do with the rcvd by vs sent/rcvd by options on that one dropdown. If you need to fix that other ADIF file because you can't correct the PSK reporter logbook, you could use a tool like ADIF Master to edit the file. You probably just need to swap the callsigns. 73, Steve KF8KI
The error is being caused because your ADIF file has your callsign as 2E0VXD and your callsign now is M9VXD. How do you get around this? Assuming you changed callsigns before October 29th, you need to fix HRD which is saving your logs under your old callsign. Now, if you changed your callsign after October 29th, then you can't import 2E0VXD logs into your M9VXD logbook: they have to go into your 2E0VXD logbook. In either case, this is a logging problem, not a QRZ logbook one.
