KM1VDT is a US call sign and has not been assigned by the US FCC. You can't apply for that call sign in the QRZ database.

What is your Sumatra government-issued call sign? It would start with YB4, YB5 or YB6

KM1VDT is not your call sign. That's a US call sign that is not issued. You can't use that as your username!

I'm sure you're very friendly and kind. No one is questioning that part :)

But KM1VDT is not even close to being a Sumatra call sign.

Here's a full list of call sign prefixes: https://www.qsl.net/ct2fzi/prefixlist/prefixlist.html

Your local authority area would assign you YB4, YB5 or YB6

Only the FCC in the United States has the authority to assign KM1VDT and as of right now, that call sign is not assigned. So even if you perhaps took your test in the US recently, it's still not listed in the FCC database and KM1VDT is not assigned to anyone.

You need to apply for an account using your actual call sign from Sumatra.
