If that doesn't fix the problem, then here's a laundry list of steps to check next: Hover your mouse over your callsign near the top right of this page. Select Contact Details and Alert Preferences, the 3rd and 7th item in left column. Make sure all boxes are checked. Then go to Privacy and make sure the 3rd box is checked.
