When I open the logbook tab I am directed to set up a new logbook. Fill out information required then when saving it says that there is already a logbook for the date ranges provided. I open the logbook page and it says no entries but unable to gain access to the already created logbook. can this be deleted and a new on created or how do I access the logbook so I can upload an adif file.
Hopefully by now, you've seen the response to your support ticket opened on this issue. For the benefit of others that may find this thread by search, this type of problem can happen when callsigns are re-issued and re-used. In many cases, a former holder of a callsign creates a logbook with an end date many years away. This isn't a problem as long as the operator keeps the callsign. Unfortunately, when operators change callsigns, few remember to close the logbook for their previous callsign and then such a conflict occurs. This type of problem is fairly easy for us to correct, but is best handled by opening a support ticket. If you attempt to create or edit a logbook and get an error such as the OP indicated, you can open a ticket right from the error message. Please put in some explanation of what you're trying to do, and we'll get it straightened out for you.
