    I do not see an FCC label of any kind, but know for sure, due to its LPF and attenuation, it is safe or legal to put on the air, as per regulations. For example, an Advanced ham radio operator can design a home mode amp on its own, then when regulations are applied to it, such as the LPF and the required attenuation, it is legal to put on the air. One thing to notice is the output is so clean, that some thinks we are using Pure Signal.
