@OA4DOR I looked to see if there was a ticket for you and I don't see one, so I'll answer you here. The reason you are getting this message is because you don't have (and are not allowed to have) two different user IDs. That's against QRZ rules. Your CA3EQX callsign is managed under your OA4DOR as a secondary callsign. Just log in as OA4DOR as usual. Then visit the CA3EQX profile page and select EDIT from the menu. Thank you, the thing is that since I was born in Chile, I have a Chilean license (CA3EQX), but at the same time I am Peruvian by marriage and that is why I have a Peruvian license (OA4DOS). Steve, I just realized that CA3EQX is under the administration of OA4DOS. But I have a problem, it is asking me to authenticate in 2 steps with the GOOGLE authenticator but it gives me an error about the number that I should add, until a month ago it worked very well but now I have that error. Will it be possible if you delete the 2-step authenticator in the OA4DOS account?
