I cannot add my call sign to QRZ

I opened an account with my email address and I can not access or update my call sign to my account that was opened with my email . If I try to activate it by new account with call it rejects my email as already in use.

I opened this when I only had my VEC and was waiting for call sign. That was 20 days ago and if I use QRZ to jump to my license it will show my account and call. QRZ site appears to not have updated it and in my attempt to add the call to my account all I get is a message saying I need to be a HAM. So start of trying to rectify, this is my first step.
