This is one of those little features that I didn't think about until someone asked me to make a video on it's use. It's got a lot of utility for outdoor activities where you may lose cell service and need navigation back to a specific location. I could see myself using it hiking. Anyways, the FT3D and FT2D both have the ability to store up to 3 different locations that you can go back to and navigate using the built in GPS.
