Filled out my profile page and came up with a question. Wanted to enter a couple clickable links on the page. One of them came up as a clickable link, the other came up with the URL address but not clickable. I'm pretty sure that there's likely a way to enter it but drawing a blank. Thanks for any tips.
Text has invalid character, trying removing the space between / and ) https://hamradiochicago.org/ ),
It works here as written - One of the original members of Ham Radio Chicago ( https://hamradiochicago.org/ ) You might try deleting that entire line on your profile page and re-entering it, or copy/pasting the line from this reply. If you want to link the name only, copy and paste this line- One of the original members of Ham Radio Chicago.
Leonard, don't know if he edited after I tried but this was giving me Error 404, Page not found because of the %20 (space character) in the url.
One way or another, his html in and around that link got a little wonky. It happens. Rather than fiddle with a portion, I thought it'd be easiest to just redo the line.
Yes, it was wonky! Tried several times to just replace the URL to no avail. Did end up copying and pasting as suggested and it worked. Hmmm, one of those Gremlins usually reserved for antennas! Thank you so much for the help and your patience.
I have been unable to add this link to my qrz page. https://metar-taf.com/CYCK I have tried everything including but it still comes up unclickable. Any help pleasee?
VE3YW I added a URL to Microsoft Word and it automatically created a hyper link for the URL, I then right clicked on the URL and copied the hyperlink from Word and pasted it into my QRZ page. Or you can click on the source button on your edited page within QRZ.COM and find where you want to place your URL and paste this in: <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong><span style="line-height:107%"><span><a href="https://metar-taf.com/CYCK" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-weight:normal">https://metar-taf.com/CYCK</span></a></span></span></strong></span></p>
