How i can edit my callsign page

hi, i want to edit my page but i dont have option "edit SQ8PPS " and also when i want to click "Account" i see a message that im not registered as a ham user and when i want to add my callsign to database i see this "Sorry, you are not authorized to update the database for this callsign."can someone fix it or help me with it ?

Log out and log back in. You failed to complete the process yesterday.
