Help! I just went through a callsign update on QRZCQ.com. I registered a new alias callsign to be my primary. But before the callsign was activated, it logged me out for some reason. Now I can't log in with my old call (that account was deactivated immediately) and I can't log in with my new callsign (it hasn't been activated yet). I can't log in now! And I can't just register again but my new callsign is now in the database! What do I do? I can't get help from their help desk (I sent them an email about 2 years ago concerning some matter and they still haven't answered me). ♂️ -Jacob, WV4AM
Jacob that website has nothing to do with QRZ. Only thing you can do is try contacting them again. Ronnie NZ4X

hi... after viewing this I decided to try my page on there, havent been on there since joining here. so forgot my password and on top of it all I deleted my yahoo mail due to repeated hacks there I went on the "report a problem" page and asked for them to either update my email address or delete the page Aparently it will take 48hrs for them to respond, oh and requesting a password reset actually was accepted to my old yahoo email even though its been deleted for years I'll see if I get anything in 2 days but I do doubt that I will, I doubt that site has the modern facilities or monitoring like we do here good luck and you might try the report a problem again but personally I think that site is on autopilot good luck, Bob VE3CGA
