boy N2FUV that guy is something else. last time I heard him he was going off on the radio calling blacks the "N" word repeatedly, making threats on people and other nutty stuff. guy is a wackadoodle.

 

It was canceled, but is now active again with an expiry of 10/22/2026. I wonder if the FCC is looking at this behavior to determine if he should still keep his licence at all.

 

N2FUV has claimed to be a lawyer, trailer-park owner, owner of a law firm, oath-sworn deputy, antenna designer, engineer, owner of an ICOM 7851 given to him by Icom as a beta test unit, and also claims to be running a multi-element 40 meter Mosely beam, with a Klyston powered amplifier (on 40 meters) (from a single-wide trailer in Kodak, TN) and also claims to be a former bodyguard to a man in Dolly Parton's retinue. The last one might contain a particle of truth since he held an armed guard license in Tennessee between 2003-2007. It's also possible he patrolled the parking lot at Dollywood. Who knows?

Documents are starting to dribble in. In this post-trial motion, he says his defense was hindered by a fall caused by the petitioner. In another document he said he thought the petitioner brandished a weapon and then shoved him off his scooter. The judge wasn't buying it.

The jail cam (which caught all the outside activity) shows petitioner quite far away when Mgrdichian tumbled off his tricycle.

Yes, it's possible. When he applied for N1FMM, he said he was a close relative of former holder, Richard Brezina. The FCC asked for verification which he did not provide. The FCC said he could continue to use N2FUV until the FCC made a determination about the issue.

"On May 22, the Commission’s Enforcement Bureau requested that your application be set aside
for enforcement review. Accordingly, the grant of file number 0008600055 is hereby set aside.
Pending action by the Enforcement Bureau you may continue to operate using call sign N2FUV
with General Class operating privileges."

I heard the repeated harassment N2FUV directed towards the victim and others repeatedly on 7200 kHz. I think his punishment is to lenient.
