I used to visit the AES store in Orlando when I lived there and took my Extra Class test there about a year before I moved out of state. The last thing I purchased from AES was a Yaesu VX-6 that was shipped from the Las Vegas store and the receipt has Terry S. (Spaulding?) as the sales person. Glad Gigaparts is bringing back some of the AES employees!

    Thank-you very much GigaParts!

As a long time Las Vegas resident and customer of AES ... can you find a better location and parking?
The old AES location is difficult to reach regardless of which direction you come from. The parking lot is only good for a few vehicles at
a time. Find someplace near Fry's Electronics a couple miles down the road.

    Thanks again GigaParts! Outstanding!

Yep - I ordered an IC-7300 from Gigaparts on Wednesday, thinking it would take UPS 2-business days to get here in Central Texas from Alabama. Nope, it shipped from Las Vegas. Won't see it until Tuesday. Sad!

Shipping times should improve. I heard that FedEx andUPS are planning to merge. The new company will be called FedUp! lol

In their ads they won't ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Since I'm in Hawaii, so sale here. Oh well, listing for what I was looking at was for $40.00 more than HRO anyway.

Ken: Looks like they're at 3021 S. Valley View, #101. That's the front unit in that center (faces east). Much better than the AES location!

I spent lots of money at AES. It will be good to see Terry and Julio again!
