Field Day 2017 - Help with "Class" A, B, C, D? Battery Operated

Like most, I am preparing for FD17. I will have a basic setup

1. 40m SSB Radio - 5 Watts
2. 2m Radio - 50 Watts
3. 2m/70cm Hnndheld - 5 Watts

All of these will be battery operated in the field. I am thinking of going to a local park and setting up on the highest hill possible. My question is this: When I give an exchange and they ask for my class, what do I say?

I printed out the FD2017 Rules and I think I will be Class B. I know ARRL/RAC will be SCV (Santa Clara Valley) but I am not sure about the rest.
