Hi I created an account using just a user name. before I had a ham license. now I have gotten my tech license. QRZ will not let me create a new account with my call sign because I'm using the same email address. so could someone just delete old account with user name. So I can just create a new account?
The proper procedure is to visit support.qrz.com and create a support ticket requesting a username change from what you have now to what your new callsign is.
