I really enjoyed the videos, makes me miss the days of going to the different hamfests with my dad growing up here in Texas. I lived in the Phoenix area for 7 months in 2013 but never did make it to any of the local hamfests though they look great.
What a hoot...as I know the fairgrounds quite well having been a vendor there the past 22 years during the fair with our booth of tie dye and what nots...I saw who was in our fair space during the hamfest. Hope it was lucky and made them lots of money. Looked a bit chilly but nice and sunny. Guess it was early morning. What is it with these ham guys doing everything at 7 am?
Just checked and it looks like we have 7 scheduled in AZ between late Sept and early Dec 2021. Hopefully no more cancellations.
