4W8X, Timor Leste Dxpedition

Algunas exportaciones/importaciones de ADIF se volvieron locas durante las cargas en Club Log en los últimos días..... Se importaron una gran cantidad de duplicados como contactos adicionales y ahora la información estadística es incorrecta. Intentaremos solucionar este problema mientras todavía estemos aquí. Hoy se realizó el primer contacto EME de 50 MHz. El ruido de línea de alta tensión dificulta la recepción. Probablemente tendremos que reubicar la antena.

Some ADIF export/import was going wild during Club Log uploads over the past days. A great number of dupes were imported as additional contacts, and now the statistics information is wrong. We'll try to fix this problem, while we are still here. Today, the first 50 MHz EME contact was made. High line noise makes RX difficult. Probably we'll have to relocate the antenna.

En el segundo QTH de #4W8X en realidad operamos con una vertical de 40 m y estas antenas de playa de #Momobeam y #Spiderbeam a 20 m/15 m/10 m. La beam de 12 m se encuentra cerca de la choza. Esta ubicación presenta principalmente SSB y FT4/8.

At the second QTH of #4W8X we actually operate with a vertical on 40m and these beach antennas from #Momobeam and #Spiderbeam for 20m/15m/10m. The 12m beam is located near the shack. This location mainly features SSB and FT4/8.

Exceptional reception is true, on Nov 22 at 00:27utc on 28.455 MHz I worked them using an ancient AEA DX handy talkie,just 8 watts and the telescoping antenna while outside on the 2nd story deck of my house.

The op during this QSO was the YL on the right of the photo above.

Después del concurso a las 0000z comenzamos a derribar la segunda ubicación.
3 miembros del equipo se quedarán hasta el 6 de diciembre de 2023 para gestionar la exportación del contenedor. Siguen operando con equipo sencillo y se lo llevan a casa en el equipaje de vuelo.

Hoy estamos desmantelando la ubicación principal. Mantendremos la vertical de 160m, la beverage y el dipolo de 60m. Colgaremos dipolos verticales para algunas otras bandas que habíamos usado antes en abril. Sólo habrá operación restringida durante el horario nocturno local.

Yesterday we took down the whole second location. Today we are dismantling the main location. We'll keep the 160m Vertical, the Beverages and the 60m Dipole. We'll hang up Vertical Dipoles for some other bands which we had used before in April. Only restricted operation during local nighttime.

Finalmente llegaron las Tarjetas QSL para #4W8X . Las solicitudes de OQRS Direct ahora se etiquetarán y enviarán en las próximas semanas. OQRS Buro seguirá más tarde.

Después de una semana de etiquetar tarjetas QSL y sellos postales, todas las solicitudes directas de OQRS para #4W8X han finalizado y el ca. Hoy se entregarán 4.500 sobres al Deutsche Post
