2FA new phone question

    I had to get a new phone, and I have Authenticator installed, but the accounts need to be re-added. However, it is asking for a QR code to scan or a setup key, and I have no idea how to get either. Looking at my qrz account page, it shows I have 2FA enabled, but nothing about generating a new key.

    Hello Julio,
    OK, thanks for the reply. However, why does my account page say that 2FA is activated? If I try to deactivate it, it asks for an authenticator code, which is what I'm trying to incorporate.
