Having trouble logging in to my account

I recently passed my Technician and General exam and have the call sign KE2CUH, which was posted on the QRZ website this morning. I created an account; however, when I do a search with my call sign, my information comes up, but when I do a search with my name, nothing comes up. When I try to access the magazine, etc. I get a message that it is for members only! My user name on the site is MAMPT; my email is mampt6198@gmail.com. Somehow, my user name is not connected to my call sign. Can anyone assist?
