You need to keep your log in UTC time. In your case your local time is 1 hour ahead of UTC time, plus another hour because of Daylight Saving Time. That is where your 2 hour discrepancy is coming from. Every amateur operator should be logging in the correct UTC time and date (yes, the date matters too.) and not in local time.
