Why,build a small plasma generator.When an Ion Drive that is being developed for micro sats. Will create an ionised field ,with little or now alteration?

 

Back in December 1980 the USAF sent up a Rocket full of Barium gas over the East coast...It started out as a Red Cloud when the Barium was released then turned Green....Made several contacts on 6 meters to the Great Lakes States while the cloud was visible, only lasted about 10 min.. Strong Sporadic E type Propagation..only 6 meter Propagation in my log for December 1980....as the cloud drifted to the North West the Propagation on 6 meters changed...something to think about.... got several qsls confirming Es type Propagation on 6 meters during the Test...........hi hi
