From the documentation : " In the second form, dxcc=xx1xx, the server reduces the callsign to a 4, then a 3, then a 2-letter prefix and returns the first DXCC entity that matches. This can be useful to determine the country of a random callsign " No matter what callsign I submit as the dxcc= param returns for example <Error>No DXCC information for: hs1xxx</Error> I submitted a support ticket and it was elevated to HQ about 12 days or so ago but no response Screenshot of error attached.
