SOCIEDAD DOMINICANA DE RADIOAFICIONADOS (SDRA) ACTIVATES SPECIAL CALLSIGN HI0DMRA TO COMMEMORATE WORLD AMATEUR RADIO DAY The Dominican Amateur Radio Society (SDRA) proudly announces the activation of the special callsign HI0DMRA to commemorate World Amateur Radio Day, in an unprecedented event that will take place from April 1st to 30th 2025. From international contacts, live activations, open houses and presentations, during this period, operators from all over the Dominican Republic and the world will have the opportunity to contact this unique station, promoting the spirit and passion of Amateur Radio globally. This year, SDRA elevates the celebration with special activations on different bands and modes, engaging experienced operators and new enthusiasts in a series of events designed to highlight the importance of Amateur Radio in modern society. SDRA reaffirms its leadership and commitment to innovation and development of the hobby. We will have a special commemorative QSL card and various Diplomas with endorsement.
