WICHITA

HUNGERFORD, DAVID RICHARD, 64, electrical engineer and NetApp employee, passed away on February 2. He was born on December 11, 1948 in Fort Worth, TX to Richard "Dick" and Dorothy (Sparks) Hungerford. David married Susanna Gersbach in San Jose, CA on April 7, 1973 and they spent nearly 40 wonderful years together.

David was an avid ham radio operator who went by the call sign WD0ERJ and loved working on computers and shooting at the range. He had a collection of moose and enjoyed living by the bible.

David is survived by his wife Susanna; father Richard "Dick"; brothers Bob (Mayjay) Hungerford and Greg (Debbie) Hungerford. He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy.

Visitation will be held at Heritage Funeral Home, 502 W. Central Ave., Andover on Wednesday, February 6 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 7 at 10:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Bible Church, 2535 N. Amidon St., Wichita.

Memorial donations may be made to the Cornerstone Bible Church, 2535 N. Amidon St., Wichita.
