My friend for many years passed away last week in Pasadena, Texas - Funeral service to be Friday 11/16 2018 at 11:00 AM At Sagemont Church in the chapel located at 11300 S. Sam Houston PKWY E.
Bill and I got our license at the same time in 1976 and for a lot of years we communicated on 75 meters. He called me just before he passed away, I'm so grateful for that and maybe he knew something he chose not to share with me about his health? I spent some time with him about 8 months ago when I came to his home to fix his amplifier, he was my friend and will be missed by many, RIP Bill (Ugga-bug) McWhorter.
