    It is with deep regret that I announce that Stan Burghardt, WØIT passed away on Sunday the 29th of August.  Stan was one of the founders of Burghardt Amateur Center in Watertown, South Dakota.  Stan will be missed by all that he touched.  I, as one of the net controllers for the 6:00pm 3.860 net, will miss his comments and humor.  He was a faithful and regular check in and will be missed very much.
