I have been spending a large amount of time trying to work VK9XX but so far on 20 meters, 30 meters and 40 meters almost no stateside contacts happening. I've only seen a handful of stations from US make contact and strangely those stations seem to be in the +08 to +21 reading while surrounding stations in the same area are in the -07 to -22 range. I realize that he is working ham radio around his work schedule. Does anyone thik the propagation will change around in the next few days???
I saw him spotted on 20 meters a couple of days ago around 7:00 am Central time and managed to work him during a very brief period when I actually had signal here in northern WI. Actually an ATNO for me, so I was pretty happy!
