Has info on these special call signs for the anniversary of end of WW II been published anywhere? I'm hearing lots of "RP" call signs but wonder if there is an easy way to establish the home call sign for QSL purposes. Thanks.

    06/05/09 [May 6, 2009]

You will need the help of a Russian reader however using an imperfect Russian to English translation website it results in this.

"Yesterday in memory of defenders of our Native land within Great Domestic war and participants of labour front has started организуемый the Union of radio fans of Russia a memorial " the Victory - 64 ". According to Regulations about a memorial 127 call signs with a prefix "RP" will sound on air."
