This evening (Ohio time), specifically 2330Z, I premier a video discussing NVIS propagation, and how to adjust HF signals to match the needs of an emergency station. I briefly mention some resources for getting critical space weather information and how to use it to inform your choice of frequency. We look at the ARRL Ohio Section's annual NVIS Day event. Some analysis of past years' operations can improve our understanding of how to establish our stations for the desired effect. We also show a couple of objectives to consider adding to NVIS Day operation, continuing on our work presented last week on the use of image transmission by HF.
