    KC0IPH writes "The FCC's ULS system is down until Monday, October 23 at 8 AM EST for maintenance associated with the Land Mobile license addition."



    editor's note: Even though the database comes back up on Monday
    morning, there will not be any NEW HAMS updates until at least
    one full day of applications processing has taken place.
    Expect to see New Hams info on the QRZ.COM website on
    Tuesday or Wednesday. -fred
