Brand new install of DXKeeper and just subscribed to QRZ.com. Running WIN 10. When I do a callsign lookup I get a message that says, "Callbook Error: a subscription is required to access the complete record." I have chosen the QRZ.com XML selection in DXKeeper under the Callbook tab. I have confirmed that my callsign and password are correctly entered and the timeout is set to 30 seconds. I get a response within 5 seconds with the error. It gives me the name and QTH, but not other data. If I use HAMQTH I get all the data with no errors. Any help would be appreciated.
