Talk by Jonathan Naylor G4KLX Jonathan Naylor G4KLX, author of the Multi Mode Digital Voice Modem (MMDVM) will be giving a talk at the Hucknall Rolls-Royce Amateur Radio Club on Friday 2nd June at 8.00pm. The MMDVM is used by around 400 Repeaters Worldwide as well as almost 700 HotSpots running MMDVM software and hardware which allows it to operate any combination of D-Star, DMR, Yaesu System Fusion, and P25 Phase 1. The talk will cover the inspiration and development of the MMDVM and an overview of how it operates internally. The talk will be in the Leisure Suite, Hucknall Rolls-Royce Leisure, Gate 1, Watnall Road, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 6EU.
