    Yup. Actually "officially" started almost a year ago, but nobody really noticed until recently.

    For many months, I needed (most of the time) the full 200W on 30 meters to maintain lengthy ragchews. These days, I find that my 43W exciter power is usually sufficient.

    It's nice to see the bands waking up. I'm looking forward to 10 and 12. I think the hobby will get a nice boost.

    If the cycle is any good, then no amplifier will be needed.

    I remember one cycle where 6 was open 24hrs, and was the best DX band, better than HF.

    Worked Japan on 10 meters with a 20 watt mobile and whip.
