I covered setting up a LinBPQ node last week. In this video, we will setup a BPQ32 node on windows. I go through instructions for both direwolf or a regular serial hardware TNC. This should get you a packet radio BBS on the air for either HF or VHF. I've documented everything step by step on my blog to follow along. If you don't like video formats, the entire write-up is done step by step here: https://themodernham.com/basic-bpq32-bbs-setup-with-direwolf-and-configuration-guide/ If you have your own node setup, you can reach mine on HF at 14.105LSB, 1600:1800 at 300baud. Just connect to callsign: KN4MKB-7 and feel free to leave a message!
I have watched all your videos on packet radio, and they have very helpful and greatly appreciated, but I see references elsewhere that talk about using BPQ32 for APRS as a stand-alone. I would like to see you do a video on this.
