RULES KT "VIDOVDAN 2011"

Rules KT "VIDOVDAN 2011"

AND ORGANIZATION: To celebrate the Day of the Municipality Krusevac - Radio Club "Bagdala" - KT YU1ADO organized competition "Vidovdan 2011".

II PARTICIPANTS: All licensed ARS national and inostranastva

III TIME: Competition will be held 28.06.2011.god. (Tuesday)
at frequencies of 3.5 MHz to 3.8 MHz (DX outside the range) in two periods:
1st The first period CW
From 19:30 to 20:15 (MEZ) at frequencies from 3510 to 3580 MHz.
2nd The second period SSB
From 20:15 to 21:00 (MEZ) at frequencies from 3675 to 3775 MHz.

IV EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION
The Exchange: RS (T), serial number starting from 001 (to be continued in future periods)
and car registration number. Example: 599 001 BG. Participants from outside of Serbia provide, in addition to RS (T) and serial number of connections, and label NY.Primer: NY 599 001.
The station organized in Krusevac no connection with the serial number (VD) telegraphy, telephony and the word "Vidovdan".

2nd More operators
3rd Stations outside Serbia

VI SCORING:
Scoring is done as follows:
-Each correct links are: CW - 3 pts, SSB - 2 pts.
Multipliers are made-Serbian car license plates and tags that give NON NY YU cells, which do
during one period.
- Acting as worth three (3) multipliers.
- Own label does not count as a multiplier.
- The same station is allowed to work only once in each period.
- Number of points in one period is obtained by multiplying the sum of QSO points from the sum of the individual period
multiplier in that period.
- The total score is obtained by adding points from all periods.
- Any invalid links (incomplete or incorrectly added in the data received) shall not be counted in the total score.
- The difference in time made the link that is greater than 5 minutes between two correspondent, will be considered correct
connection.
- Call sign to send the log must be registered at least 10 dailies in both periods (accounts
and received the wrong sign), to such a connection was recognized by those who have received the correct call sign.
- Call sign, which did not send the log must also be registered at least 10 dailies in both periods (erroneously calculated and received a sign), to such a connection was recognized by those who have received the correct call sign.
- Selective reporting only some stations are not allowed.

VII POWER ARS: ARS Power reconciliation must be a licensed operator.

VIII AWARDS: First place trophy or a statue.
Organizer awarded diplomas for the first 3 of clubs and individuals.

IX Contest Committee: Competition Commission YU1ADO browser logs in the following composition
YU1IV, YU1SS, YT1TS

X logs and summary sheets:
The log contains: date, time (MEZ), callsign correspondent, exchanged reports and serial numbers, and clearly marked multiplier.
Summary sheet containing: name and date of the contest, contestants call sign, name and address, call sign of other team members (if any), number of connections and number of points (for each period), the total number of connections and the total number of points, short description devices, antennas and a statement of adherence to a proposition.
Logs sent no later than eight days after the competition, but not later than 07th July 2011. God. (Valid postmark) to:

XI PUBLICATION OF RESULTS: Results of the contest will be published on the website www.yu1ado.qrz.ru and diplomas delivered by mail no later than 60 days after the contest.
