If you are in the UK (or even if you are not!), then anyone suffering from VDSL interference, which is now a major problem for operators, can measure the impact with free software that analyses a very short SDR recording. You don't have to be a member of the RSGB to use the software. Only together, in a determined campaign like this, can the problem be finally addressed.
