POSTPONED - RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 15 & 16 DUE TO HURRICANE FRANCINE. Hello all Hams; The latest forecasts show that Francine will be visiting us Wednesday and into Thursday. For the safety of all attendees and vendors, the hamfest committee has decided to cancel the hamfest for this weekend (September 13/14) and move it to November 15 & 16, 2024 (same place and times). This will give the local communities and utilities time to clean up what the storm will most likely bring us. For those that have reserved tables you can let your reservations ride and we will honor them for November 15 and 16, 2024. If the new dates do not match your schedules and you will not be able to attend in November, we can refund your table and admission tickets. To request a refund please email us at hamfest@w5sla.net.
