The Raleigh Amateur Radio Society has decided to go forward with RARSfest 2022 after all. It will also be the ARRL Roanoke Division Convention. Saturday, April 16, 2022, 0800-1500 ET. The venue is unchanged from prior years: the Jim Graham Building, NC State Fairgrounds, 1025 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh NC 27607, lat/lon 35.7936 -78.71175. RARSfest is all indoor and climate-controlled. The facility has 100,000 square feet... lots of space for exhibitors, vendors, and people who want tables to sell stuff. Parking is free and plentiful. Hotels are nearby. The website, https://www.rarsfest.org, is being updated. There is a link to place yourself on the list for email news. You will be able to order tickets online.
I have not been in awhile, but it was some pretty good attendance with a variety of vendors. Would be nice to see HRO or DX Engineering there.
The RARSfest website, rarsfest.org, has been updated with the full program. Online ticket sales are now open. Booths and tables also available for sellers.
