Milton (Ozzie) Dale Oswald July 22, 1943 – January 6, 2011 Milton was born on July 22, 1943 and passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2011. Milton was a resident of Haugan, Montana. He was raised in Spokane WA and was a member of the North Central HS radio club W7YL. After graduation from high school he joined the Navy. After his Navy service he worked in the aircraft service field in Seattle WA. He retired in 2008 and moved to Haugan MT. He was a fun guy that I saw for years in the Seattle ham radio fleas markets and would always give me a call on two meters when I passed through Seattle.
