3XY, GUINEA (Postponed). Members of the Radio Club de Provins (F6KOP
team)[https://www.f6kop.com], who were expected to activate Kassa Island
(AF-051) in January 2021, posted the following on October 20th [edited]:
Hello everyone -- We were waiting as log as it was possible to, but we
will have to cancel and postpone our expedition to Guinea (Conakry) 3X.
The COVID 19 disease prevents us from making our expedition. The Guinean
Embassy no longer issues tourist visas and as of the end of October /
beginning of November we can no more wait for a January 2021 DXpedition.
We have to make a difficult decision, so we decided to postpone this
expedition to the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022. We know that many of
you were waiting for us, but don't worry. We will be ready for new
adventures with F6KOP... 73 TO ALL..... The F6KOP team

STANDARD TIME. Remember to change your clocks next weekend! Countries who
observe Daylight Saving Time (DST), which took place on Sunday, March
10th, are now expected to move their "local clocks" backward 1 hour on
Sunday, November 1st, from 2:00 AM local time to 1:00 AM. In 2020, Day-
light Saving Time (DST) will again go into effect on Sunday, March 14th,
2021, at 2:00 AM local time. For the history and details about ST and
DST, as well as an interesting map of the world (showing the countries
    who observe DST), see:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_time
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time
    http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2021.html
    https://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/usa?year=2020
ADDED NOTE: Hopefully, all amateur radio operators know NOT to change
their GMT/UTC/ZULU clocks. However, since most operators usually set their
computers to local time, some may have to change their settings on "some"
ham radio software (ex. logging, propagation, DXTelnet, etc..) programs.
