Right now the only way to obtain the OPDX Bulletins is via the OPDX Web page (provided by John, K8YSE) <www.papays.com/opdx.html>, QRZ.com (under Forums; News; Special Events, Contests.. etc.), several DX Mailing Lists, and three different UseNet Groups (rec.radio.info, rec.radio.amateur.misc,rec.radio.amateur.dx).
