The planned response from the American MARS service with 9N1SP is now in place should support be required. However there is still a large international disaster response structure in the country from the earlier event. Those poor people. I hope their government is better set up to allow material in now, and the "spots" page doesn't go crazy again with notices. Have fond memories of what the country used to be (something that can be said of too many places today) but given their recent unrest this just adds more misery to the land. Nobody deserves such hell.
