On this episode of KI5IRE Ham Radio News, I talk about new legislation that was was introduced by two members of the United States Senate on Wednesday February 14, 2024, Roger Wicker, R-Miss., and Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., that would restrict the limitations homeowners associations could place on amateur radio operators.
Sounds like this legislation is only for Part 97. I personally haven't seen any protections proposed for anything else currently.
